HC - Self Service Environment

Having online blanking and shops online allows customers to have the independence to do things for themselves.  The online banking allows a self service for the customers, as it lets them put money into their account and transfer money over to another account.  Also, the bank will allow their customer to apply for a loan and create a new account.  Online shops are easier for the customers, as they are able to do it in the comfort of their own home, but they are still able to buy clothes or food and can get it delivered straight to them.
